Cooking Pork Tenderloin on the Grill
Preparing for a pork tenderloin on the grill has got to be one of my favorite meals of all time. It was an integral part of the regular in front of my kitchen arsenal years ago, but in recent years, I have to deal with a charcoal grill rather than a gas grill, and for the way I like to grill pork, it was just too much trouble with The small, portable charcoal grill, I had (it was all I had access) to. I tried it a few times, but it was not only a challenge, as a full pork loinfit on that little grill, but I was never able to heat well enough to cooking, as I wanted it done to control grip. Now that I have a new Viking gas grill to work with … oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!
The one thing about cooking pork on the grill is that it 'really easy to get really good results, and really impress your friends, family or whoever else is sitting at the table. In addition,, cooking pork is actually quite healthy.Pork is very low in fat, and is very adaptable to many different recipes. In addition, flavor notes very well, so if you have a wet or dry rub wants, or maybe a marinade to add (purchased from a simple Italian dressing, which means I like is a lot more imagination, homemade concoctions handed down through the generations .. .) The only thing you need to do to be careful about, because pork is so low in fat, meat, it has a tendency to dry out quickly if it does not prepareright.

How to grill, you need to cook at 2 different temperatures. So I have my new gas grill, like so much, I can boost to get it good and hot, then simply turn the dial down when it''time to cook slowly.
